Hello all,
I have been dealing with PCOS the best I can this past year. I have loss some lbs. but the problem is that my cycles will not stay regular. I have been having two cycles per month and it is driving me crazy. Furthermore, by the end of the second cycle I am exhausted. My dr has tried different birth control pills but my cycle refuses to regulate itself. Does anyone have any idea of a supplement that could help me with this?

I'm sorry you're going through this... sounds awful. I also need birth control to keep myself regular (aka - in order to have a period at all), but thankfully a low dose is working. Some say that once you lose some weight that cycles regulate themselves. Have you tried going without birth control pills for a few months to see what happens?0

Hey, mine were always soooo infrequent, and now I'm on a new birth control pill and I've been bleeding for three freaking weeks straight! I don't know a solution unfortunately, but I just wanted to sympathize. You might also want to talk to your doctor about an iron supplement since you are so tired, and you are losing more blood than normal. But don't start taking it without mentioning it to a doctor- my opinion :-)0

I can definately relate! Last year I had my period for several months straight and it took a birth control pill to get them regulated. In the process I started fitnesspal and walking. I lost weight and after three months of the pills I stopped them and I have had a regular period ever since. Losing 10% of your weight should help with this. It really worked for me. Wish you all the best b/c I know how stressful this can be.0

 right there with you!!!
I've been bleeding for about 3wks straight. I'm about to start taking stock in pads!!! LOL I'm hoping that when things level out and I get back on track 100% it'll stop. I hate taking b/c pills its drives me crazy (not really; just bad migranes). Hope you get relief soon. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0
