Pi day is Thursday! I know we are all suppose to be here to get healthy and blah blah blah but this is like Thanksgiving on the geek calendar! Its time to fly your geek flag proudly because on that day my friends.....that day, we eat pie! Let the rest of the world mock our RPGs and Binary love notes because we shall have pie and they will think it is merely March 14th. (sorry to all those across the pond who have more sensible but less fun calendars that make you wait till July).

We can really mess them up and say it is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter day. VIVA le π. We can all be irrational then.

We should totally start one. We could have it on Euler's b-day April 15, a little something to brighten up tax day. It would need some fun geeky elements though.
  • Hmmm...sounds like I need to make a special breakfast, and a stop at Pappa Murphy's on the way home. That way I can hit for breakfast and dinner (not sure if there is a healthy option for lunch...maybe the pot pie variety). Thanks fo rthe reminder though, I always seem to remember the day after!

Sounds yummy, I'm trying to lose weight so I'll stick to one of those mini cherry pies from the convenience store, They are really tiny.

but it already has a trig identity sin^2+cos^2 = 1
