Wanted to say hello!

Hi ladies -

I am on my first week of Stronglifts, and it feels soooo good. For years I ran a sculpture and ceramics studio and was pretty strong - then I became a mommy, left my job, and got all weak. Not good. So even though I only have one day under my belt, I can already tell I'm going to love lifting.

Just wanted to say hello, and am looking forward to learning from all of you!

    hello! I did A for the first time on Sunday, hoping to try B tomorrow.. but have just watched the mehdi videos of him doing the whole things to get some tips on technique, suspect mine was woeful on Sunday!

    looking forward to being super strong rawr woman :) hubby's a bit scared ;)

    Thanks, everyone! All of your enthusiasm is psyching me up for workout B tomorrow. My quads are pretty achy from Wednesday still, but that's not gonna stop me. The funny thing - I remember thinking during my squats "This is way too light. I should have put some weight on the bar. This won't hurt at all." LOL Now I'm excited to see how my body responds to more lifting.
