I was horrible over the weekend and ended up not losing anything. The scale budged this morning in the right direction. So I know my weigh in for week 10 should be great! I hope everyone did good this week! Keep up the great work! I am definitely looking forward to the Spring Into Summer 15 week challenge! These things help keep me motivated and you all help hold me accountable! Thanks!

As of 3/12/2013 - I lost 8lbs! (Although I have not met my goal, I am happy I lost 8lbs out of the 10 challenged :bigsmile:

Down over 4 pounds with a wonderful weekend with friends. I do not know what the final weigh in will be for me, but I have gotten close to the goal of 185. I MADE IT! Well, originally I set my goal at 190, that was rather lofty. I reevaluated and made a more realistic goal. I started Insanity in week 5 and didn't see a huge loss until this week! My goal weight was 195. I gained through some weeks of Insanity, so that was frustrating because I was busting my hump, but I can see and feel my body changing. This has been a great experience.

Aw shoot after being sick for a week or so I bounced back up a pound! I was so close!!! Still 7.2 lbs is almost 5% of my weight gone, and almost 1 lb per week, so I am overall really proud, and excited to start the next challenge!!!0
