I would use the Scooby calculator and eat TDEE for moderate activity, at the least, possibly more for the second and third trimesters. Either that or set mfp to maintain, but I have not used mfp that way, so someone else may be of more help, especially since you should eat a bit more in the second tri. Good luck!

I am 5'4" and 140 pounds and am eating at maintenence, which for me is 2150 per day. I plan to increase to 2400 per day at week 12.0 -
I'm 5'6, started at 200 pounds. I did maintenance calories for first trimester then set it to gain .5 a week for second. I eat back my exercise calories. I'm almost 19 weeks and up 3 pounds. Baby is growing perfectly. I get about 2300 calories a day.0

so what did u put in ur settings to give u the right amount of calories? how much am i supposed to gain per week?0

I set mine to "gain 1/2 lb per week" under goals. That leads me to actually gain more like 1 lb per week.0

I think you have to play around a little. Most OB's recommend 1/2 a lb a week after 12 weeks or so. When i put in my maintenance into MFP that gave me 1900 cals per day, and even though I didnt always eat 1900, but less, and never ate back exercise calories, I have gained on avg. 2lbs per week
Sometimes irregardless of intake, you may be prone to more or less gain. I clearly am not overeating, but gaining fluid, or who knows what. I am 5'8" and started at 170 lbs and should easily maintain that weight eating 1900 or even more since I am active, but still am gaining like crazy.
Try not to stress too much. Go under setting, put in that you want to gain 1/2 a pound per week, and try eating that for a week and see what happens. Then adjust accordingly.
Good luck!0
