Does your Box push the ZONE?

Just curious...Not a whole lot more to the question!
I asked my coach to help me make more progress. I was eating 80/20 Paleo/Primal and around 1850 calories (my TEDEE- 20%).
He put me on the Zone/Paleo plan. I eat 13 blocks a day. Which comes out to about 1500 calories a day.

Not the Zone, but my box is heavy into Paleo. They don't "push" it per se, but highly recommend lol. They have started an "add-on/optional" program where you can purchase paleo meals in advance made by the box owner which is kind of nice, but I don't have the cash for it at the moment. Still trudging along on my own - not always so well. I always will be fighting with foodz.
Anyway, how long have you been on this switch? Do you like it or find it hard to stick to?0 -
I have been doing Paleo/Primal since January and I LOVE it. I don't' feel like it is hard at all and I really enjoy coming up with new recipes!
This is day 3 of the ZONE. I understand the reasoning for it (macro based) however, I was hitting my macros before doing this.
At this point, I am frustrated with it, as it is UBER time consuming (I work 40+ hours a week and have a 2 year old). Also, I don't feel like I am eating enough protein. My lunch is 3oz of chicken breast, 4 CUPS of broccoli, 1/2 cup of grapes and 9 cashews.0 -
They do not push the zone, but do advise going paleo.0

My box doesn't talk Zone, but they casually recommend Paleo.0

I am going back to just eating paleo while incorporating a few things I learned with the Zone.0 -
my coach set out a zone/paleo/mediterranean plan for me. I like it, I just need to be organized enough to follow it. They rarely push strict paleo though... just my box and their beliefs on how it translates to real life.0

My box also pushes Zone. I love it, though with the help of my coach I have modified my Paleo/Zone plan quite a bit. I eat way more fat blocks and far fewer carb blocks. I was dying with the recommended carb amounts. It was just not physically possible to eat all of those carbs.0
