I've completed couch to 5k and am now looking for a 10k app. I've got Ease intom10kmbut I find it increases the differences too quickly. I'd love advice on a different one.

Hello sorry I didn't respond.. I would check out Hal higdon 10 k training .... His regiments are pretty solid and gave been proven..0
