    Food and Exercise go hand in hand. It won't work doing one without the other. It's also important to know your body, setting unrealistic goals will only let you down.
  • being accountable (even to perfect strangers) has been a tremendous help. getting started has never been a problem for me, STAYING on point and committed is an entirely different beast! I"m not getting any younger so this yo-yo business has got to stop. I'm in it for the long haul now...
