The "Spring into Summer Challenge" starts March 25th!!!
Group Description: Sprint into Summer Challenge -- We will all post a before picture by Mar 25th, current weight, weight loss goal by March 25, 2013. For those not comfortable posting a picture can join just by posting weight or weigh loss goal!!! 15 weeks later we will all post an after picture on July 8, 2013. Then we will vote on the winning (top three) contestant!!

How to: Then upload your picture – leave the selected option of image as is – then click the drop-down box and select “message board”. Then you are going to copy and past the IMG url – do not forget to change both "IMG" to lowercase "img" before submitting!! Message me with any questions!
Feel free to share the link on your news feed!!!! Feel free to add me as well!!! Good luck to those that join the 15 week challenges.

Week 10 was a lot better than week 9! I was sooo close to my goal! I can't wait to get my after picture together and post it for you all! I look so much better now! I can't wait to lose 40 more pounds!!

I lost 7.2, I'm still pretty happy with that, since I was 17 lbs away from goal, now less than 10!0 -
I lost 12 pounds (157 to 145) ! Very pleased because I tried to do something and I actually managed it! Big lesson for me was that it isn't always linear. Some weeks I lost too much, some weeks I lost nothing and some weeks I gained. But in the end, it worked. I think in the past I'd have given up when I saw it wasn't working. The challenge really helped me keep going (- just give it ten weeks and see what happens...). :drinker:

HI all,
I just want to start off by telling everyone how proud I am that we stuck it out to the end of the challenge and have seen great results! Everyone should be really proud of themselves and I hope to see you all in the spring to Sumer challenge.
My starting weight for this challenge was 265.... I was losing at a rate of 10 pounds per month so I set my goal at 240.
Things did NOT go as planned, and for the last 2 months I have been losing a steady 5lbs per month instead of 10lbs.
All in all, I am proud to say my finishing weight is 248, therefore; a loss of 17 lbs. I feel great about this number, and hope to lose another 20 pounds in the next challenge.0 -

I barely made it to the end of this challenge. It seemed week after week I was not losing, or several times.. I gained! . From Aug-Dec I was losing almost easily but from Jan-Mar it was like my body forgot I was watching my food and exercise.
start- 6Jan: 198.8 lbs, 36.4 BMI
end- 24Mar: 189.2 lbs, 34.6 BMI
total loss of only 9.6 lbs.0
