    I am on a new medication that causes weight gain and water retention. I have been on it for just over a week. :( sorry guys. Hopefully it doesn't get too much worse.

    I'm trying to get back on track, at least I didn't gain. We got our daughter and son en-law moved back to Michigan last weekend from Ohio and we ate out all meals friday and saturday durning the move. Hope to do better next week.
