The scale isnt moving. I have lost 6 lbs since January and I started back to the gym this week pain or no pain.

Little about me- CW 255lbs- GW- 170/ Gastric Bypass surgery in 2007 lowest weight was 211. ACL replacement 2 yrs ago developed plantar fasciatis that I am just fighting through...doc said nothing they can really do for it. My diary is open, I dont list them but I take a prescribed multi daily along w/ biotin and B12. I know I need more water but other than that I am at a loss. Anything will be a help!!

Since January I have been losing the same 6 pounds. I started 262, went down 260, back up to 262, down 256, up to 258, down 255........so from Jan to present I have lost total of 6 pounds multiple times.

I, personally, would consider that as a 11 pound weight loss. Even though you've gained some while losing, you are 11 pounds down from where you started at 262.

Weight is going to flucuate from one day to the next. I am seeing a downward trend here. 7lbs in a couple months is great.
