Well, I've checked it several times and I am down 6.4 lbs this week. *goggle*. With the way my body vacillates in weight I am not sure how excited to be about that. But it's been that way the last 2 days. I'm going to go with it0

Gained again! Ugh! I know it's from all the sodium and crap food I've been eating lately. Overall, though, I'm down 11 pounds since the beginning of the year, so still in the 1 pound per week realm. And I know this is a lifestyle and overall I'm getting healthier and stronger, but this is the absolutely last week in a row I can gain!! I need to break this streak!
