Hmm. I get 140 for MTD,
you had 25 3/03 then added 62 miles for week 2 then this week 53 = 140. I may be off on week 1. Let me know which is correct, 110 or 140?0 -

Late posting. Sick last week, and only managed 12 miles, March total to 69.0

Late checking in, but here is last week's mileage.
3/13 - 5 miles
3/15 - 8 miles
3/16 - 3.2 miles (Ran in the Big 12 Tournament 5K Race). It was a lot of fun.
Didn't get my long 20 miler in due to weather related issues. I hope to get it in this weekend instead. I really need to for my training.

Here is my most updated ticker!!! This includes all my training runs from this month Plus the miles I have done as a mentor for fleet feet's beginner's 5K group!
Tomorrow is 12 miles at the Ridge which means hills :-) And FINALLY a run that will be 47 in the morning! This training season it has been snowing and below 20 every Saturday morning!
I may fall just short again of 75, but I am continuing to get better and have been able to build back in a bit of high impact cross training which is huge!!0 -
