Hi!

I'm Charlotte, and I've been lurking on your lovely forum for a few weeks. I thought it was about time I introduced myself as you've been so very helpful!

I'm based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK, and I've just started week 4 of Stronglifts. Current weights below:

Squat 42.5kg
Bench 27.5kg
Press 20kg
Row 32.5kg

My goal is to build strength and muscle rather than to lose weight, so apologies that my profile isn't as complete as it could be. More than anything I'm trying to forget about what the scale says and go by how I feel instead.

  • Oops! Sorry folks, I didn't even think about the kg thing, it's just what's written on the weights!

    Here's an imperial version for all of you across the pond:

    Squat: 93lbs
    Bench: 60lbs
    OHP: 44lbs ( still on the empty bar, although fingers crossed that won't be true tomorrow!)
    Row: 66lbs.

    I'll try and use both in future!

    Also, if any of you ladies and gents use Fitocracy I'm on there too as Charlotte85. :happy:
