Fire 40 MIA

I was scheduled to do Fire 40 today, but it is nowhere to be seen in all my dvd's. I see stretch 40, and Fire 45...but I do not see a Fire 40 anywhere. I did the Fire 45 today, but I was curious if anyone else had this happen to them?

Mine is the same. I read somewhere (maybe on one of these postings) that at some point they did away with Fire 40 and replaced it with Fire 45 but that they never changed the schedule. I do Fire 45 instead too!0
