Sounds like a plan! Ordinarily, how often does everyone check the scale? I do every morning before breakfast about an hour after I get up.0

I try to check only once a week. It's usually in the evening, after I get off of work. But if I weigh myself on a Saturday it'll probably be a little earlier since I'll have a free morning. Really hoping my weight has dropped back down a little...0

Finally got my weight back to my lowest. 147 today! =]0 -
lost 4lbs since monday! couldnt log it to a computer yesterday(since the community not available on the phone application)!...i am now at 188.6Lbs0

Haha, no; I'm just trying to trim down some trouble areas and exchange paunch for muscle. This group seems to be full of awesome, motivated (and motivating) people, so I wanted to join anyway. Well done, you!0 -

Almost forget to weigh in! Down .4 lbs this week. Down 19.8 lbs total. Was hoping to be down a little more this week, but it has been that "lady time" for me and I've increased my fitness in new ways, so I could be holding onto more water right now. It'll eventually even out and drop again.
Anybody else? :-)0 -
Oops, forgot completely! Luckily I have it recorded: 126.2. Down 1.8 lbs from last week!0
