    2. I plan to do cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes (with sunday as my rest day) and to stretch afterwards.

    Goal for the week : work out 5 days this week, at least 30 mins each day!

    Goal for the week: work out 5 days this week running for 30 minutes and eliptical for 30 minutes for all 5 days. I will eat healthy the entire week without going off track on the weekends.
