Fenugreek capsuls. Weight loss or weight gain?

I started taking these about 3 days ago to increase my milk supply. Ive noticed some weight gain. Im eating healthy everyday so i know thats not the issue and exercising everyday.


Anyone else taking these or have you in the past?

    Not weigth gain but excessive gas this time around. So bad I had to stop them after 3 days.

    I notice a big jump in the scale in a couple days. Didnt think it was normal so I stopped. Im still producing same amount of milk. My co-worker was also taking it and started gaining weight so she stopped too.

    I took fenugreek for an entire year when nursing my first baby. I weighed 18 pounds less than I did when I got pregnant by the time he was a year old WITHOUT dieting. They did not cause me to gain weight at all.

    Make sure you take Blessed Thistle along with Fenugreek so it actually absorbs well!
