I looked at the routines from the March calendar and I like how well rounded it seems. I may try for the next week to see what I can do, but I'd like to give it a try for April logging measurements and endurance.

I watched a couple of the videos to get an idea of length and style...holy peppy is she energetic! lol

I get SO excited for the new month to come out! It'll be a great start into the new month finishing up the last week of this months calender. It will prepare you to do every day in April. Every time I watch her videos I almost feel like she's right in front of me in my living room- personal trainer sess. SCORE (; GO BLOGILATES!!!

    Today's schedule:
    Run 1 mile - varies
    POP Cardio Carnage - 5:07
    VS Supermodel Stiletto - 16:19
Legs and Thighs Workout - 9:57
Lolo Jones Legs and Lunges - 7:17

So around 50 minutes for today depending on how fast your mile is. Depending on my schedule for the day (freelance designer/ stay at home mom / goes into the office 1 day a week) I might do 2-3 of those in the morning and 2-3 at night or cram all 5 into naptime. I do like the variety and I'm excited to try this. :)

    Hey guys!

The individual videos length ranges from like 5 minutes up to around 30 minutes, but yeah they usually add up to be around and hour everyday.

I, personally, will sometimes split my videos to be in the morning and later in the afternoon (which ever is easier for you) or all at once! You don't want to push yourself overboard the first time, but breaking them up would be a great way to get into it. Try your hardest to go as far as you can though!!!
