One year ago today our PooBah DownsizingHoss started this fine group as a Sanctuary for Us Men who have endevered to pursue our weight loss goals. This has been one Hell of a year for me personally and us as a group. Thank You Hoss.

    I am not going to be so bold as to credit this group with helping me accomplish my weight loss. I will say that this group has been enjoyable and provided laughs on the bad days. AHTH
