Honestly, if my heart is pumping hard, I'm sweating, and I'm challenged.... I'm loving it. After 20 straight days of exercise, I'm getting to love the endorphin rush and the pride I feel in myself when I've finished

I agree with Laura, I love all types of exercise. But running is my favorite...such a stress reliever...free therapy! I also enjoy strength training - makes me feel like a strong beast. Haha.

I have found that I really enjoy lifting. I stated NROL4W in October. I'm almost finished with the whole program, stage 6 of 7. I feel so sluggish on my days off. We're supposed to take a week off in between stages, but I can't seem to take more than a 3-4 day break. I feel like I would be seeing such better results in my ab area if I could have kept my binging under control from dec-feb. I'm determined to stay binge free and see what kind of results I see between now and the end of the program.

I like the Jillian dvd's and Leslie Sansone's walk off the pounds dvd's.

I used to love running outside, but since I can't do as much running anymore, I enjoy hitting the gym in the morning and getting my heart rate up on the elliptical machine. :-) Some weight lifting afterwards adds to the good feeling too. But a nice walk outside down the main street or in the park is still one of the best things ever.
  • Crossfit exercise that incorporate lots of different things, strength, running, etc. I also love trail running.

Anything that isn't typical workout. Hiking, tennis, caving, etc. Unfortunately, we are broke, hubby works all the time and I have a 3 year old..... soooo, 30 day shred or running it is!
