    I have no time for "real" exercise today cause right after work I have to go right to my mom's work to be a bingo runner (when people get bingo, checking their cards and bringing them their prize). I guess running up and down those long isles carrying baskets to the winner will burn something right?
    Also stretching when I get home.

    Banana, clementine, lots of carrots, salad.
