I am sorry if I am MIA. My sister is in town visiting for a few weeks and I've been super busy entertaining her!! You guys are doing a great job! Keep it up!

I am finally feeling REALLY motivated and like I have some willpower!! I don't think all the measurements are right, but I never can seem to measure the same spot! Oh well.... I do feel like i have lost some, so that's good!

Way to go Flanary888 on your measurements, especially your drop in inches on your hips! I wish lost inches that quickly on my hips - they're one of my biggest problem areas!0

Weekly struggle: More socialising! I swear, my weekdays are the most boring things, and then the weekends I'm either away or people come here, and especially with family it tends to end up food focussed. I enjoy it, but it does seem to be slowing down the loss...might need to balance it better.
Weekly strength: not totally binging out at the weekend when family visited. I could have been a *lot* worse than I actually was, and I think that some of the lack of loss is left over water weight, as I went up to 159 and then down again. So, I'm not feeling too bad overall0 -

Weekly struggle: Felt pretty low this week. Still waiting for my period to come and I'm worried my weight loss has messed up my cycle so I've been wanting to eat more chocolate and bigger meals to try to help bring it on! So far with no luck....I've also not done any workouts this week as I've been feeling very unmotivated.
Weekly strength: Today is the start of my 2 week holiday off work so I'm planning to kick start my Ripped in 30 workouts and stick to them!0 -

Ughhhkkkk.... Posted a new low 2 weeks ago and this week, thanks to my lovely hormones, I'm back up. 149.5 this morning--but I'm ready for weigh in next Friday!! I'll be done with TOM and back down!
Strength--started P90X this week--such a challenge!! I'm sore in places I didn't know existed!!
Weakness--doing P90X more than twice with the workload I had this week... I had 3 projects due, homework, observation hours.... I'm a mess lol. Plus I have been super stressed at work and had to try really hard not to stress eat.0
