Native Foods Cafe - Too good to be true?

There's now a Native Foods Cafe down the street from me and I've been to it a lot the past few weeks. The food is delicious but I'm wondering about the nutritional content. My assumption is that for the food to taste that good the food must be high in either calories, sugar, salt or fat - or all 4. I've been unable to find posted nutritional values for their food items, but have found what I assume are guesses here on MFP and don't really trust them.

I know all the food at Native Foods Cafe is 100% plant based, but really how healthy is it? Does anyone know where to find nutritional information for this restaurant? Do you eat there, and if so, how do you log that meal on MFP?

For those that don't know, Native Foods Cafe is a 100% vegan restaurant chain in California, Colorado, Oregon and Illinois (mostly in big cities). Here's their website: http://nativefoods.com/

Native foods never claimed to be healthy, just vegan!
There are plenty of fried, high calorie foods there, but there are also healthy options too.

Some good options are the soups, twister wrap, most of the bowls, salads.

My favorite thing are the nachos! Although they are also not low calorie, I am certain they are better for you than real cheese/meat nachos. Same with the bacon cheeseburger. Yummy- but high calorie. Also better than the alternative I am sure! They really need to post their nutrition facts, I am curious as well as I go there once/week.

I have to be honest, I'm so grateful for a quick decent-tasting (not Subway for once) vegan meal, I'm happy to budget a few hundred extra cals for nachos.

There are plenty of salad bars in Chicago... and most of them are $$$.

No idea about the calories, but Native Foods is DELICIOUS! I've never had a bad meal there. If I lived close to one I'd probably be there weekly. You are so lucky!

Agreed. The food is incredibly delicious and there are clearly worse options out there. I'm thinking I just need to keep it in moderation like pretty much everything else.

My favorite thing about their food is that even though you feel full, it is a fresh-full feeling, not the rock-in-my-stomach full feeling you get with "bad" food.

Try the Moroccan bowl if you haven't already. It's amazing and full of healthy stuff.
