I love kashi go lean w almond milk and home brewed iced coffee w almond milk. Or an egg sandwich on fiber English muffin.

My usual breakfast is a piece of blueberry or cinnamon raisin bread, with a half a pat of butter before I workout. My favorite breakfast would be, uh, anything including bacon!0

Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, peppers, with a piece of freshly baked bread and a cup of coffee., and possibly some fruit on the side. Then again, pancakes are a close second.0

Oatmeal with pear on top with cinnamon, Truvia and a bit of milk. Or, egg white omelet with tomato basil and mozzarella. Or, my fave cold cereal (Peanut Butter Puffins) with a little milk and fresh banana slices0
