Easter weigh in Week 5

Looks like our numbers are dwindling. Come on everyone! I'm staying strong!!!

Starting weight (3/26/12): 165.6 lbs
3/3/13 (I started late): 143.6 lbs
3/5/13: 143.0 lbs
3/11/13: 141.8 lbs
3/18/13: 141.4 lbs (that's 24.2 pounds gone! I'm stoked to have lost almost 25 lbs and am 1.4 lbs away from the 130's. Eeee!!!)
Easter goal weight: 135 lbs
Ultra goal weight: 115 lbs

That's only 0.4 lbs down. This Easter goal weight seems too far out of reach, but I'm going to rock this week!!! :)

    Wow good job you guys. After steadily losing a pound a week, I seem to have backtracked a bit. It was my birthday over the weekend so it's not hard to figure out how I got off track.

    I have a question (or three): for those of you who are getting close to your goal weight (i.e. 10-15 pounds away) do you have any tips for losing those last pounds? What's worked for you? Do you eat all of your exercize calories?

    I have a question (or three): for those of you who are getting close to your goal weight (i.e. 10-15 pounds away) do you have any tips for losing those last pounds? What's worked for you? Do you eat all of your exercize calories?

    They say it's at that point where you need to try to lose it slower, so to set it down to .5 or 1 pound a week. It's a lot harder to lose those last few from what I've heard. I honestly don't know any more than that because I'm not even a third of the way to my goal! LOL

    I do not have an official weigh-in this week because I'm dogsitting and not at home. The scale where I am seems to be showing a lower weight than what I probably am so I don't want to use it and be wrong! SO I'm going to just use my last official MFP weigh in, which is a little lower than what it is here, but probably (I HOPE) more than what I'm actually at right now.

    Total loss of 8 lbs so far! :)

    1 week to go would love to get into the 140's not sure if this will be possible but even if I stay the same as i am now I have seen great results with these motivational groups!! So proud of everyone!!

    Thanks! Yeah, I feel like that is the rate my body is losing at anyways. You're doing awesome! 40 pounds is amazing.
