    Workouts: I like to go to the gym and use various cardio machines that have resistance. I am currently not going to the gym because of medical issues that make me very tired and weak but I am doctoring on those and hoping to regain some of my energy in short order!! It is time to turn my health around.

    For the last ten years I've fluctuated back forth ending back at around 168lbs and I'd just like to get it off and keep it off. My biggest set back is monthly migraines that often undue the previous weeks progress.

    For exercise I bike outside when warm enough, walk, pilates and interval training via workout video.

    Preferred work-outs: Exercise bike and walking. I'm afraid of going to a gym and I'm still very out of shape. When the Indiana weather decides that it's not winter anymore(probably around mid April), I plan to start couch to 5k.

    Preferred work-outs: Spinning and running! I attend spinning classes once a week, then spin on my own at the gym. I am also working through the C25K program. Finding a new love for running! Can't believe I'm saying that!

    I'm a student, so making time for workouts and finding money for healthy foods can be difficult. But I'm taking it at my own pace and finding what works for me!

    I work full time and struggle to find time/energy to work out. I have 5 kids and am working on a Bachelors degree. I realize my health is one of the most important things in my life but I keep putting it on a back burner. Any advice?

    Accountability is what I need! I am a full time special education teacher and have a 5 and 9 year old. I am often on the run and find that planning ahead and food prep help me be the most successful I can be. I love strength training and enjoy rowing for cardio. I enjoy being in the gym when I get there but...
