Day 36: A picture of a time in your life that you didn’t feel good about your body. List two things that you like about this picture now.
You know, the worst picture I can think of is one my husband took of me standing in a hospital gown about an hour after my first daughter was born, I was so swollen from IV fluids and had the huge deflated baby-less tummy. I remember thinking how could I ever get back to normal and look good again, ever. Another kid later, and I look the best I ever have in my life right now. It amazing how our body can bounce back, and even improve with a some effort. I love how far I've come, I love that even though I have some loose skin on my lower belly and faded stretch marks, but if I continue to eat healthy and exercise, I will just keep improving! I love that picture for showing me how far I've come. And I would never ever in a zillion years post that picture online.

A photo my mom took of me when I was really, really fat that accentuated all the negatives like showing all the rolls. I made a face, too. The only thing I like is that I have lost weight since then, but I still hate the photo0 -
A picture of me going rock climbing with my best friend who's a guy. I looked so fat it made me want to start losing weight. I still find that I don't like how I look in photos. I like that its a picture of both of us and that I can see how far I've come since then.0
