i don't know how to, but my diary is public. i'll talk about yesterday's intake since it's only 7 AM today. :)

i'm proud of it b/c I had enough protein and fat. I also had 4 cookies after dinner and then STOPPED and i didn't feel guilty about it. i put them away thinking "i can have more tomorrow if i want". wow, what a difference!!

feeling great! 3 weeks tomorrow!! :)

I won't post today, since it's not done, but I am so proud of yesterday's eating. It was a lifting day, and I've been giving myself small daily goals to help me avoid chocolate (no sweets, no chocolate, a healthy afternoon snack, no dessert after one meal, etc) Not all of those everyday, just one a day. My goal yesterday was to try and hit 100g of protein, I usually eat between 60-70 on a good day. I ate 133g!!! I focused my efforts for every meal and snack. I was very surprised I made it.

^^great job Kate, keep it going strong through the weekend!!

Yesterday not so much, but today is better. This morning, I made a green smoothie for breakfast. It consisted of spinach, kale, pure protein whey powder and a tangerine. I also ate a fugi apple. Day not done yet.

I was under my calorie goal but went over my sugar intake. The sugar is always the hardest to stay under - I never realized how much sugar there is in things like yogurt!

Day 2- I usually cave on day 3 and binge but I'm on a mission not to do that this week and have a successful week! This group is great and hopefully it will help hold me more accountable!
  • Today's intake has been pretty embarrassingly bad, but at least I've avoided binge eating. We celebrated Easter early because my dad has to work in the morning, so I've already had 2 cinnamon buns and traditional eggs on toast with cream cheese sauce. Absolutely delicious. I'm proud of myself for not binge eating, and it was a little bit hard not to. I don't think I'll be hungry the rest of the day at least so I probably won't hurt my diet too badly! :P I'm proud mostly that I am not discouraged/upset with myself for eating it and really had fun and treated myself. It feels good to have a better outlook on food.
