Hey all, some of my family and friends decided to try a little competition to help us all get motivated to lose weight. We decided to do a weigh in last night with some pictures of the before we started the competition. We each threw in $100 and after 4 months the person with the largest % of weight loss wins and second place will get a little payout as well.

I will try to post updates as the competition moves along. June 1st is the final weigh in.

Wish us luck!

Well, I am down 20lbs in 2 weeks!

    what?? how?
  • ... How did I do it?

I actually started watching my food intake followed the caloric intake suggestions from the website, actually drank the 8+ glasses of water per day....

I have not added any exercise to my routine yet. Just getting used to eating the correct portions of food, dealing with temptations, and water, lots of water. I have pretty much cut out pop/soda from my diet, even diet pop/soda.

As of the week 3 weigh in my total weight loss is 26lbs, I am shooting for 30lbs in 30 days, which is only 4 more pounds.
