I need to shake it. I need to fit in some type of exercise on a daily basis.......can I kick my own butt?!!!

    I just got out of my slump... It's tough! I vowed to have 21 days of consistent logging and working out 6 days a week. It's NOT AN OPTION! Can you go for a walk? My walk this am was terrific! Even though we still have snow, it was warmer and the birds were chirping away. Very peaceful!

    You've joined a great group to support you and KICK YOUR BUTT!!! You MUST WORKOUT TODAY! It's a matter of WHAT workout you will do, not will you workout! :P

    I only walked. I need to get up at 6 and work out until 6:30 then get ready. Weekends I have more time but I need at least 2 good workouts to keep me going
