Day 32: Do you strength train/lift weights at all? (YOU SHOULD!)

I started NROL4W last October, I love it. I only do a little HIIT cardio maybe 2-3 times a week now. That is when I'm not binging, when I'm binging I end up doing hours and hours of guilt riddled rebound cardio, to make up for all the calories I'd recently eaten. So glad not to be doing that anymore. That's one of my bigger perks to not binging, not having to do much cardio.

    I use weights in the Jillian Michaels dvd's. I am currently doing RI30 which uses weights.
