New week post! Tomorrow night my hubby FINALLY comes home, so I'll probably be MIA for awhile. Yesterday I did Burn Circuit 3, and I have found that I am now reeeeally leery of my older bands since that one snapped on me last week. Every time I had to do an overhead press or a lateral raise I found myself kind of holding back because I didn't want to stretch the band too far... perhaps that means I need a heavier band. I wonder if maybe I was stretching the one that broke beyond its capacity?

    Just a quick update: The hubby comes home today! Yay! Also, I went back to my doctor yesterday, and found out that after further testing, I do indeed have hypothyroidism. They've stuck me on a pill that I have to take once per day FOREVER. At 28, I now have 2 prescriptions that I have to take indefinitely. I feel like my Grandmother >.>

    I didn't get to work out yesterday, and I probably won't today, either. I'll try to squeeze out a workout tomorrow!

    @ Jeni, that really sucks, if it were me I'd look into treating it naturally some times it will then correct itself. Then you don't have issues of side effects. So sorry to hear this, so frustrating. On the upside yeah for hubby coming home :) Enjoy the next few days ;)

    I pushed play today and did CLX lean circuit 2 I enjoy these workouts. I have been doing lots of research about lifting and not losing as much weight but losing fat. While this is good I would really like to see some weight loss first and find myself getting frustrated at the scale. Don't get me wrong weightless does happen but it is very slowly, so I maybe looking at doing more cardio. Maybe time for a repeat of TF or something not sure what. i don't want to get bored. Happy hump day & keep pushing play ladies :)

    Sorry I was MIA for a week and a half. My mom came into town last week and I just didn't get on the computer much. I did my workouts though and did it today also. Veni sorry about your bug problem. I hope they get it straightened out..Jeni my mom has had a thyroid issue for years. It runs in my family. Which is why I thought I had it..you do have to take pills for the rest of your life because unfortunately your gland isn't working right anymore. Not sure why this happens but it seems to happen to a lot of people. Oh I did lose 2 lbs and they seem to be staying off this time. Lol so far I've lost 12 lbs now since last August. Yay me! At this rate it will only take 3 years to get rid of it all???? Lol oh well someday I will lose it I guess. I don't care really anymore I am concentrating on being fit now. I got a new app for my phone that has workouts on it. I will be starting those up this week. I am looking forward to it. It's a 30 minute workout with my music and uses the equipment I have pretty dang cool. Ok see y'all tomorrow. Thinking about doing a combat workout. :)

    I didn't do Combat yesterday. I forgot I was getting Just Dance 4 and I played that for 3 hours. It is so much fun! Today I already did an hour of Just dance and later I will do my weight workout. =)

    Well, I did Burn Circuit 1 yesterday, and went on a 5.3 mile hike with the hubby today. Phew!

    Sorry I haven't been around...my kids had spring break this week and my logging has been haphazard and plus my cousin just passed away. This is the 2nd death in my family in 3 months.

    I'll write more again next week. Have a happy easter everyone!

    My pressing "play" has been sporadic as well. I'm in Week 14 right now and people (friends/family) who haven't seen me in awhile are now noticing my new changes.

    It's awesome that people are starting to notice your changes, Preshus! That must be a huge motivator to keep going! =)

    I did HIIT 30 today, and it kicked my butt. I got tired of just doing the CLX workouts, so I figured I would change it up a bit.
