    First week in this group. Doing pretty good, surprising myself in the same process. :happy:

    Mon: 346 (run/walk on treadmill) + 162 (at home pilates and squats) = 508
    Tues: 538 (fast walk on treadmill, circuit training with trainer)
    Wed: 561 (fast walk/job, stationary bike and squats)
    Thur: 767 (fast walk/job, squats, lunges, stationary bike, ab workout)
    Fri: rest day
    Sat: 765 (fast walked outside and arm circuit training)

    Mon: 1107= the Daisy Duke - full routine + cool down - 107
    Tues: 415= HIIT + abs + stretching - 45 min
    Wed: 1527= the Daisy Duke - full routine + HM Training - 4m @ 5.8mph avg - 140 min
    Thur: 424= HRM walking
    Fri: 1034= the Daisy Duke, full with cool down
    Sat: 1131= HM Training - 7m @ 5.5mph + yoga - 96 min
