I am a Southern Belle, born and raised in Arkansas with all the fried food and biscuits you could dream of. OH.... sorry.... I am suppose to be loosing weight. I was raised in the south but moved to Canada to marry my amazing hubby almost 10 years ago. My hubby is a youth pastor and I work right along side him. We have 2 very precious children. I am passionate about the love of Jesus and my family. It is time that I also become passionate about my health.
