Wow, this 120 days went so fast for me. It has been a good challenge. I managed to lose 6 pounds in March (would have been 7 pounds lost if I could have held onto my 207 weight that I was on Saturday and before Easter Sunday ! lol ) and 39 pounds totally gone during this challenge. I am very pleased with my efforts. I measured Saturday and found I had lost 81/4” over my body during this month. That pleases me as much as the weight loss!!! I did achieve my weight goal of 210 or less and that also thrills me too. As the weight comes off, I have more energy and less pain in my knees. Hopefully, April will be a special month for me. I hope to achieve two of my major hurdles: 1) lose my 100th pound, and 2) get to ONEderland before the month is over. #1 is now 5 pounds away and #2 is 9 pounds away. Both are very doable this month. Wish me luck!!! Congrats to all in this contest in your achievements in losing weight. What is gone—may it NEVER come back!! Hope to see you all in another challenge soon. And thanks to our host for doing this for us. You are awesome. Are you thinking of extending it to..say..July 4 or later? After March 11th I stopped exercising and logging food. Not really sure why. Well I can see that I'll just gain if I do that so I'm going to look for a new challenge and keep working on this. Wish me luck!

Toward the end of the challenge I was inconsistent in posting, but nonetheless, here I am again.
Challenge start weight: 280
Original goal: 250, revised goal 255
Challenge end weight: 267.2
I did not make my goal, which is a disappointment, but I did lose, and I made strides toward making these good eating and exercising habits permanent. I hope that there will be another similar challenge. It would be great to have one that takes us up to Independence Day (90 days).
