Remember that commercial from years gone by...."we wear short shorts!' Ahhhhh those were the days when things were simple and commercials made sense! Anyhoo! Those girls had legs like smooth still waters and toned like a firm apple!
What I wouldn't give for that! Hey! I can have that!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just do the workout above! LOL!!!!!!!!!! If you do not have a medicine ball use a weight say like 5 lbs or less.

    I did this last night. I am absolutely amazed that the rubber band around ankles does such an effective job. My calves are feeling it today, woo hoo!
