Week 3 Friday Weigh In

WEEK 3....
I apologize in advance for the lack of attention to the group this week... Suffering from a sinus infection and trying to recover so I can get back to it..
Weigh in will now be on 1 day of the week instead of just sparatic. If you weigh in on another date it is still completely fine, just update us and we will use that weight..
I feel this will help people be more accountable having a designated weigh in day.... I feel Fridays will be better than Monday's

For me personally it is almost impossible to weigh in on weekday's. My schedule varries so much that some days I am up and getting ready to leave the house at 5, other days I'm up at 5 to workout and yet other days I'm not getting up until 7. On Sundays I have a more stable schedule so I can weigh myself at approximately the same time each week.
So while I love the idea of everyone weighing in on the same day that will not be possible for me.0 -

I hear ya girl, you can keep doing whatever works best for you... and just update us when you can ... I know life can be busy.. I used to be apart of a group that would weigh in on Tuesday... since It didn't really work with my schedule I would use the Friday's before weight.... Seemed to really work for me0 -
I weigh myself every Sunday so I will just give you that weight on Friday's. Hope your feeling better0

Ok so I stepped on the scale this morning (for the first time this week) and was shockingly surpriesd I was still under 255. I did gain this week but I knew it was coming...
Onwards and downwards... I created a new MFP account... I think this will help me get back at it. My goal is to log in each and everyday and log all my foods.. When I first started I had a good number going and reached 85 days but then I missed a few days due to bronchitis and sickness and lost all the days .... I think that is where I lost hope... I know this is a journey, one day at a time...
