hi im danielle i live in cambridgeshire, im currently 132lb ive lost 8lb in abt 10 days, i would like to find so friends to come along my journey with me im aiming for 116lb.. and any 1 recommend any excerise i have a lil belly on me with having my 2 kiddies one 2 1/2 and daughter is 7 months feel free to add me x

Hi, I'm Michelle, and whilst I only want to lose about 12lbs, it's really difficult!!
I've joined a gym, but found that walking and jogging (you can do these for free) are great ways to lose weight and start to tone up. If you can make it to your local leisure centre try one of the exercise classes ... I like legs, bums & tums, and I also do Kettlercise once a week (if I can make it).
I fell off the wagon for about 3 months, and have just started back with the classes and doing a 15 min run 4 times a week. I've already lost 1lb this week!!
Lets offer each other support, and we can surely lose all the weight we want!!
