not-so-tall shoes

I don't mind wearing stilettos. I think tall women are hot, especially when they're confident enough to wear tall shoes. But I think it's getting ridiculous when every time I try to buy a cute pair of dress shoes, and everything is a 6" platform. What happened to moderate heels?!
Are there any stores that sell shoes for big feet, including half sizes (justfab.com doest have half sizes over 9), that aren't marketed for the vertically challenged? I'm 5'9", wear a 9.5 (not wide) and prefer ballet flats or 3" stilettos (no wedges).
Thanks!

The clothing store Torrid has some really cute shoes (and larger clothes). But I'm pretty sure they go up to 13W shoes0

I say embrace your height, more men than you realize think that tall women in heels is possibly one of the hottest things on the planet. I'm only 5'7", my wife 5'9" and wears heels that are always making her more than 6 feet, and MY GOD is it SEXY!!!!! Embrace it, flaunt it, you'll be getting looks for all of the right reasons0 -
I think I'm close to 6'4 in my biggest shoes, I got bored of trying to find shoes like the giant ones I liked and just bought the giant ones.
You just need an answer ready for the "god you're tall!" geniuses, my fave's "god you're observant" or "yes I am" *smile and wait*0 -
