My Goal is 50 miles this month plus lots of other workout DVD's and hopefully the weather will finally turn and I can actually do some walking and biking outside in MI. Still only 40 degrees today. Will Spring ever get here?

I meant to say that I ate some 2600 cals yesterday so that's why I did so much exercise... please keep an eye on me. It was the second day in a row I'd done over 2000. I know it's not about food, but I really don't know what's going on here. Again, please keep
