I recently got a fitbit one as a gift and I was wondering if any of you are on fitbit? I am River__Song on fitbit.

    I'm loving it. It syncs easily to MFP. I have sleep apnea and it allows me to monitor my sleep habits. I really like that it tells me how much time I spend sitting on my butt compared to being active. I am finding it motivating.

    I don't like the flex, because if I understand it correctly it does not count stairs. I like know how many flights of stairs I take a day.
