Day 42: A picture of what your pantry/dorm room looks like after 42 days of no binging! Are there foods you’ve been able to keep around that you couldn’t before?
There is definitely not foods around now that I couldn't have before. All the foods I binged on I got rid of and am NOT replacing. If I couldn't have it before I can't now, once an addict always an addict. I have learned lots through this challenge. I learned I have a problem specifically with chocolate, not sweets, but milk chocolate. It always triggers binge thoughts for me. I don't keep it in the house, I bought the kids all sorts of candy for Easter- but nothing milk chocolate!! I can have ice cream or cookies, but not chocolate! My pantry has way more non junk snacks now, dried fruit, rice cakes, protein bars, Greek yogurt bars, things like that.

Nope. When it comes to chocolate, sweets, breads, and chips, I cannot have them around or I binge on them. I find it's better to get 8 oz of something than a whole bag of something. An 8 oz bag will allow me to enjoy a treat once in a while. This way, I won't binge.
