What is everyone going to have for Easter?

I am going to an Easter lunch potluck with my family and need ideas of things to take. Just throw them out there!

    What did you wind up having?
    I had ham (unglazed, had to ask my MIL to cut me off a chunk of it before she glazed!), DH made me safe balsamic veggies and I made a safe cake for me and the kiddos. Everyone else pigged out on mac and cheese, green bean cassarole and all sorts of junk!

    I took a quinoa salad, egg salad for my boys, coleslaw, and split pea soup. And peanut butter balls for dessert. Other things that were there that I could eat were a fruit salad, a green salad with strawberries, raspberries, and cashews, oranges, and black bean brownies.
