New to SL5x5

Hey ladies! So this is the first time I've gotten the guts to start lifting without those pesky machines. Just looking for some new friends and motivators to help me out along the way. I'm 5'4 & 130 lbs as of today. I can't wait to see where I am after a couple months of lifting. I'll take all of the support/friends I can :]

Welcome! I´m new as well, joined the group this week and started lifting in the gym tuesday. Second day today. It was awesome. I feel so good afterwards. I´m sure you will love it. I´m 5´4 and 155lbs.

Welcome!! I've only been here a few weeks, and doing SL since February.

*Everyone* should feel free to add me. I love the lady lifters in my FL the best, I guess I just connect with you all more than the other fitness approaches that you find on MFP.

Elaine, who is feeling lovey-dovey about MFP this morning

Yes, people who lift regularly, and eat real food are much easier to connect with and motivate than the women eating 1200 cals, netting 500, and talking about thigh gaps. *shudder*
