So I just joined this group. I live in Provo, UT which is a beaUTAHful place!

I just wanted to ask if anyone is doing the Dirty Dash on June 8th at Soldier's Hollow or the Color Me Rad 5k on June 22nd in SLC?

    Love it here in Provo too! I'm debating on both of those! I'll have to check schedules and cash.

    Well, for me I hate paying for things, period. So....with that in mind a few of my family members and I are planning a fall HM distance trail run from Rock Canyon to Bridal Veil Falls, if anyone wants to join. Plan on between 10 and 15 miles of trail running and I guess someone to pick you up at the other side? We don't have a date yet, but we are thinking September or October, depending on how trail conditions and weather hold up. Best part about the run is....ITS FREE!
