Day 30: ONE MONTH IN! WAY TO GO!

Day 30: ONE MONTH IN! WAY TO GO! Think you can make it 20 more days? List 3 reasons you want to keep going.

1. Becasue I love not having huge weight variations, it's nice to wake up not feeling bloated

2. Because I love not feeling guilty, and fat and uncomfortable after a binge.

3. Because I want to change my relationship with food, to a normal healthy one.

I'd like to add that my all time favorite binge starter (or middle, or ender) was half a jar of peanut butter dipped by the spoonful into chocolate chips. I've never measured or logged when I've binged on that (thousand plus calories for sure, just as part of a binge!). Today when I got home, I was craving it, so instead of binging, like I would have before, I measured out 2 servings of each, and ate them, enjoyed them, didn't feel guilty, didn't ruin my dinner, didn't ruin my daily calories. I'm proud of myself! I'm making progress!

Replies

  • 1. I do not want binging to have control over me (and my emotions) anymore.
    2. I have been feeling wonderful without binging but also being able to allow myself treats without going overboard. I have a healthier relationship with food.
    3. Binging makes me feel like ****, guilty, and fat and also puts stress on me to overcompensate with excercise and fasting to get rid of the after effects. Now I feel like I have more self control but at the same time less of a strict diet.
