Up a pound. Did not think I would be up so I am a bit sad about it. This is when the scale really gets me down. I think I feel good and I did well and the scale is up. Frustrating! Well, we shall see what is in store for next week.0

My starting weight for this challenge was 176. Today I weighed in at 172.4 (I'm waiting until Monday to put it in the spreadsheet).
Side note:
I've been feeling very frustrated because in the beginning of my weight loss I was losing two pounds a week just doing cardio. Now that I started doing the 30 Days Shred and Yoga, my weight loss has stalled and often stopped. I suspect it's because the strength moves have me building muscle. How can I be sure?

This has been a tough week for me. I have been very sick and my doctor advised that I hold off on any serious exercise. However, I still lost one pound!
Also, the nurse at the doctor's office commented that although my blood pressure was not high (usually in the 115/74ish range) it was exceptional during this visit at 110/68. She even asked if the doc put me on any medication for blood pressure (since high blood pressure runs in my family). I said nope, I've just been working out and started training for a 5k. She was impressed and told me if I wasn't sick, she'd high five me lol.0 -
I have stayed the same yet again. Not complaining because for me not really doing anything and starting off very slow, I'm happy I haven't gained anything0

I fully expect to gain some of that back, I haven't lost this much in a week since my first week. I'm still not even close to being able to do W1D1 of couch 2 5k, going to just try to get to a point where I can walk for more than 45 minutes first.0 -
Lol with Easter left overs and two bachelor parties, i am up 2 pounds, but that still leaves me with an overall -6 lbs for this challenge.

This week was pretty good for me. I lost 1.8 lbs, putting me at a CW of 233.2. I have been doing Shaun T's Rockin Body and absolutely love it! NSV's: I can feel bones in my shoulders and my pelvic bones ( cant see my pelvic bones but I can feel them and its exciting)!

I lost 3.6lbs this week which puts me to a total of 5.4 for this challenge. I am doing nothing but eating clean. I still don't have enough energy to do much exercise.0
