My Goal is 50 miles this month plus lots of other workout DVD's and hopefully the weather will finally turn and I can actually do some walking and biking outside in MI. Still only 40 degrees today. Will Spring ever get here?
4/1 Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 2 - 45 minutes
4/2 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2 - 30 minutes
and Hip Hop Abs Hips, Buns and Thights - 30 minutes
4/4 - 2 Mile Walk from Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan DVD - plus chest and back
4/5 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2
4/6 - Walk 3 hours around the Home Show Expo with hubby.
4/7 - Walk 2 miles outside with hubby. Sun was out but still pretty cold here in MI.0 -

4/2- Leslie Sansone 4 fast miles - 50 min - 437 cals
4/3- Zumba - 50 min - 301 cals

I am not allowed to do any high impact moves so I will mostly walk outside or on the treadmill, no jumping, knee lifts or so . But I will make sure to walk every single day.0 -
