Easy Eating

I have recently discovered an easier way to get fish into my diet. My husband & I are eating Gorton's brand Grilled Fish Fillets (80-90 calories each) and Gorton's Skillet Crisp (180-190 calories each). To make even faster I microwave for 1 min. 10 seconds then place them in a preheated skillet, covered, for 3 to 4 min. Each side. Serve with salad and veggies for a NUTRITIONAL and fast meal! (Have tried the bake ones, but they are too saucy for us)

Any other easy, yet nutritious tips?

    I really like tilapia and like it steamed in the bag with a lemon herb sauce. Calorie count is only 190 , I like it with steamed broccoli and brown and wild rice.
    I also like tuna mixed with lite mayo with crackers for a lunch or snack.

    Am really excited for the recipe section to come. Have you submitted any recipes yet? They say when they have enough in the data base they will include recipes on the site. Let's get the word out so it can happen soon!

    Go to the food tab and open the recipe tab. After you add your ingred. Scroll down and there will be a question...do you want to add to MFP data base. Click yes, then you will have to do a description and renter the ingredients again. I have been doing on my iPad, but will e easier to do on my pc.
